U.S. Air Force ThunderbirdsThe U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will return to Ocean City in 2012 to headline the OC Air Show! For the first time ever, the OC Air Show will feature two jet demonstration teams with the Black Diamond Jet Team, the premier civilian team in the nation, also performing. Black Diamond Jet Team The OC Air Show can be viewed free from the beach. Premium Viewing in the Drop Zone, Clubhouse Chalet and in the rooftop VIP Penthouse on the 10th floor of the Quality Inn are available. All Premium Viewing includes reserved parking for 2012!

The U.S. Navy Seals Leap Frogs will return to Ocean City to jump the American Flag in at show opening and demonstrate some of the most extreme parachute formations you'll ever see! They'll also jump into the official air show hospitality events each night. 2011 Freestyle Aerobatic World Champion Rob Holland and former Red Bull Air Racer Mike Goulian will both perform at the OC Air Show. The Famous Berlin Bathtub Races take place during Berlin 2nd Friday Art Stroll in July Since 1992, local businesses have turned ordinary bathtubs into rolling works of art. The friendly, yet competitive race is open to anyone who wants to compete. Businesses are strongly encouraged to participate - it is an excellent way to advertise while having fun at the same time! Rules: Bathtubs must be authentic Wheels may be no larger than 26 inches Bathtub must have brakes and steering There must be at least one rider (helmet required) No more than one person can push (closed toe shoes required) Bathtub must hold a minimum of 2 gallons of water There is no limit to the number of wheels Businesses may advertise on the sides of their bathtub Besides the illustrious "Winner Takes All" trophy and year-long bragging rights, first place will take home a free banner ad on the Chamber's Website ($400 value). So pick out your Pit Crew, Driver and Pusher and start building! There is a $50.00 entry fee per tub, payable via cash, credit or check to the Berlin Maryland Chamber of Commerce. - For a $20 entry fee you will get an official event book with a list of twelve participating businesses ($20 also includes a Cruzin the Coast Pin and T Shirt). You will also be entered in a 50/50 drawing taking place at the end of the event! All you have to do is get your book stamped by ten of the twelve businesses, bring the completed book back to the event site and put your name in for the 50/50. On Sunday at Winter Place Park we will draw to see who won the 50/50 (you do not have to be present to win...but it does make it a bit more exciting).

Count down the New Year with a ball drop at midnight. The festivities will take place at the intersection of Main Street and Broad Street. Horse and carriage rides will be available for a romantic tour of holiday decorations and lights starting at 8 P.M.
