• Animals are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at any time between May 1st and Sept. 30th.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash when walking in Ocean City at all times.
• Pets on a leash are allowed on the Assateague National Park beach year round, however, they are not allowed on the Assateague State Park Beaches.
